Hey everyone! So because these days went by so quickly, I decided to write 1 blog post instead of 2 short ones!
sooo to start…
Day 6. Today consisted of long rehearsal hours and by the end my feet were numb & I could barely walk LOL. But hey, that just means I’m working hard right? 🙂 Anyways, after all the rehearsing I met up with my amazing hair and makeup team (Motives by Loren Ridinger) who gave me a flawless look for prelims! Preliminary’s consisted of swim suit walk and evening gown walk! The best part is…. no choreo! You get to decide how you’ll present yourself and what “routine” you want to do! The girls chosen from prelims become the Top 20 at finals on saturday night! All the girls were super helpful with putting on dresses, fixing hair & makeup and giving each other motivation talks when the nerves kicked in <3
Day 7. Today was so exciting! Once again, I started the day bright and early. After 5 long hours of rehearsals, I prepared myself for the Gala night. Tonight was the night where all the talent performers showed their routines and the remaining girls spoke about their platforms. I decided to dance for my talent (of course) and decided to show my contemporary solo from this past year choreographed by Shelley Tookey! Wow this night was filled with emotions! Every performance moved me and I honestly got goose bumps and chills from all of them! The amount of talent in this group of delegates is unreal and I was so happy I got to share my passion. Also, tonight was the first night I got to see my mom! Spending a week without seeing her is so much harder than I thought it would be so I was excited <3 <3
It is currently 3:15 am and neither Ariel or I can even think about sleeping until we are 100 percent sure we are prepared for finals tonight! The last day of this journey is about to begin and I’m honestly terrified but so eager for it! If you want to watch the live stream, follow my facebook page and the link will be posted soon 🙂 THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO SUPPORTIVE THROUGH ALL OF THIS, WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS HOW THANKFUL I AM <3 <3 <3
À la prochaine fois,
Hey everyone! Day 5 is over and I’m so sad it is 🙁
TODAY I HAD SO MUCH FUN! We started the day with breakfast at Grenadier Cafe, then went back to the hotel for hours of rehearsals! We practiced our opening number, swim suit walk, as well as evening gown. By the end I couldn’t feel my feet hahahaha.
THEN IT WAS TIME FOR MEDIEVAL TIMES! Now let me tell you that this was by far my favorite event we’ve done! I absolutely loved it, it was so exciting!! AND our team (the red team) just so happened to win the dual between knights 😉
And ready for the best news… TOMORROW WE GET TO SLEEP IN. Breakfast is being served to our room at 9am! YAY SLEEP!!
Time for me to catch some zzz’a and hopefully get more than 4 hours of sleep hahaha! 🙂

Hey everyone, day 4 is done!
Early this morning, the Miss Teenage Canada delegates were featured on Global News Toronto as well as Global National! We had a short segment and a few girls were called upon to answer questions! Next we headed off to the CN tower! What a magnificent view!
Now it was time to shop! We went to Eaton Shopping Centre and “shopped till we dropped”! My favorite part of the whole evening however, was when we all went to Starbucks and got our titles written on the cups! Too cute!!
Finally, we headed back to the hotel where we had hours of rehearsals!
Well, I’m back in my room now and exhausted from the long day! So I’m going to say goodbye and wish everyone a goodnight <3
À la prochaine fois,
Hey everyone! Day 3 is now over and I am currently running off 3 hours of sleep, so I apologize if this blog post makes no sense hahahaha 😛
Today was the day where I woke up at 3:30am… Yes you read right, 3:30am. BUT it was all for good reason as we were featured on Breakfast Television Toronto! What an amazing experience! It was awesome to see the “behind the scenes” that occurs while producing a show!
When we finished filming for Breakfast Television, we actually ate our breakfast at a cute little restaurant called Grenadier Cafe 🙂 the staff was so friendly and the food was delicious!
Later on in the day, Schwarzkopf Professional taught us hair tips & tricks, as well as gave us a few haircare products! Lunch was then served by Panera Bread! Absolutely delicious!!
Once lunch was finished we headed off the the Yorkdale Mall where we received gift cards from Bench! YAY SHOPPING. They had adorable clothes and a sale was happening too! Double score! #MissBench. We also received gift cards from @Yorkdalestyle (Yorkdale Mall) which was for our dinner!
Heading back to the hotel, we were all exhausted however our night didn’t end there! 2 hours of rehearsals! We learnt our opening number and our different walks!! We also received our comfortable shoes from our sponsor Hi-Tec! #hiteccanada
Okay I’m exhausted and need to go get some sleep but I hope everyone had a fantastic day! Stay tuned for more blog posts from the week and also make sure to watch the Miss Teenage Canada delegates on Global News Toronto as well as Global National 🙂

Hey everyone, day 2 is officially over!
Whew! What a long day it was! On the agenda for today we had photoshoot, video shoot & the nerve racking interview!
My day started off at 7:30 when I was woken up by the dreaded “wake up call” and headed off to hair and makeup! Huge thankyou to Motives by Loren Ridinger for providing the gorgeous makeup and hairstyles! Absolutely loved it!
The photoshoot was first! Such a blast!! The photographer was super helpful and directed me to help find my best angles! Next was video shoot where I was asked 3 questions & answered in front of the camera! During the top 20, they play these videos while the delegates change and get ready for the next event! Final was interview! This was what I was stressing about all day. When in reality I didn’t even have to!! The judges were so kind and made you feel so welcome! It barely even felt like an interview, more of a conversation among friends!
Well I believe it’s time for me to catch some zzz’s.
